2023 Annual Meeting Microaggressions Toolkit

As part of PSFG’s commitment to live our values of courage, equity, and community, PSFG created this toolkit to help participants understand what microaggressions are and how to respond if they occur during our Annual Meeting. The intention in sharing this toolkit is to foster an atmosphere of safety and dignity where people feel able to show up as their whole selves; engage in brave, honest conversations; and help one another learn and grow as a community.
