Forming the Future

The Core Commitment

To empower aspiring and early career individuals to sustain the work of antiracism, and the dismantling of white supremacy, in the peace and security field. We do this by amplifying the perspectives and needs of aspiring and early career individuals, particularly those of color, within the OrginSolidarity working groups, and the initiative as a whole.

Our network of budding professionals work towards keeping our commitment by designing, implementing, and sharing projects that improve the experiences of early-career individuals, particularly those of color, in the peace, security, and foreign policy fields. We aim to promote good organizational practices that support emerging experts in the field.
