Before you use it:
What does diversity mean at my organization, and the field in which we work, currently, and what do I want it to mean after using this toolkit?
Can you identify internal and external places where your diversity could be improved?
During use:
Are there staff members at your organization that are experts on the issues your organization focuses on as well as on DEI and/or intersectionality?
If so how can they be involved in this work?
If not what steps will I take to engage outside experts on both issues?
What can my organization do to improve external communications for people of color based on this toolkit?
After use:
What are three steps I am going to take to implement the actions using this toolkit (with metrics for how impact will be measured?)
