Mentorship Hub Launch
To change the narrative and improve the accessibility and quality of mentorship across the fields of peace, security and foreign policy, OrgsinSolidarity is launching an online community and resource platform the OiS Mentorship Hub!
OrgsinSolidarity created its Mentorship Hub to welcome, connect, and support its members and allies in making mentorship more accessible across peace, security, and foreign policy disciplines, especially for people of color. Through the resources, forums, events, and opportunities featured on the Hub, we encourage organizations, individuals, and program managers to crave equity-focused mentoring opportunities.
On this online community and resource forum, you will be able to find:
Research and strategies related to effective diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives;
Highlights the impact of mentorship on individuals and organizations, especially women and people of color;
Recommended practices and tools for mentors and mentees;
A space for resource and idea sharing among practitioners who share our vision; and
Proactive mentoring connections between practitioners.
Join us for this event to learn more and hear about new, exciting publications from the Mentorship working group!
